SHOULD I STAY, OR SHOULD I GO?

Ok, so I have been with my boyfriend for about 5 years. We met in Ohio and after about a year or dating he moved in with me. He has a 4 year old son with someone else. We lived together for a year and then split up and he stayed in Ohio and I moved back to New York. We decided to get back together and chose to move to Atlanta. I worked mad overtime to get us an apartment in Atlanta and brought him down and we were there 6 months before he started galavanting off to California to try and get some contacts...he is an aspiring music producer....and he had a friend already living there. He would go, stay two weeks and come back. This went on for about 2 months before I had a breakdown and ended up in the hospital. I lost my job once I got out of the hospital, and his friend offered to put us up out in California until we could get on our feet. So I chose to come out to California...no job waiting, no prospects, didn't know anyone. I went out on a leap of faith and ended up in California. His friend was a newleywed of all things and they had a one bedroom apartment which the 4 of us shared for about 6 months before things got really weird. They kicked us out because they said the landlord was threatening to evict them because there were too many people living in the apartment. Ok, understandable, but neither of us had jobs (my father was sending money and I was giving it to them to help out with the bills while we looked for jobs) and so now we were homeless...We slept under bridges together and slummed until finally we had to go to a shelter. While at the shelter, I was informed that I was approved for unemployment, so me and him stayed in a motel while we looked for work. I saved enough and bought him a car, and bought myself a car as well. He found work as a car sales man and I got temp work. We got into an apartment, on the money that I saved. So lets recap...I have been homeless with him, bought a car for him, put him up in two apartments so far, and now he has lost his job. There is no money coming in and I have landed my dream job. I bought a new car and am about to get myself out of the debt hole, but he is not bringing in any money and he just got approved for unemployment. I am just tired of carrying him. I want to leave him, but do not want to kick a man while he is down? The lease is in both of our names, and at this point, I just want to move out and get another apartment and move on with my life. It just seems like his head is in the clouds and not here on earth where I need him to be to help me. Any suggesstions? Thanks for reading..I know it is long winded....

I would put on gloves or something and put the next into a box. When my rabbit unexpectedly started making a nest, that's what I did and she didn't care. I actually made a lot of her nest for her and she just made a few "adjustments." I would move the nest into a box, and have the box be big enough for the mom to go into it to feed her babies. I would not have your rabbit outside until her babies are born. If she has them ousted the father will DEFINITELY come and eat them. So if you don't have a cage for her, just put the shoe box into a bigger box that she has enough room to move a little in and that she cant get out of. After that, just give her some peace. (also, if her nest isn't totally finished just give her a pillow again or some hay)

Planning a road trip from kansas to california and back?

I'm travelling from wichita ks through the lower states down I-40 to san Diego with plans to stop at four corners then the grand canyon then into cali then returning home with a planned route through las vegas, salt lake city UT, yellowstone park in WY then through denver back to kansas. It presents a false dichotomy assuming there are only two options when there are clearly more. I mean there are thousands of religions and many more religions that could exist and the true religion if there is one could be any religion. There are an infinite number of possible true religions and if there is a god et/it may in fact want you to not believe in et/it and for every possible superstitious reward for any behavior there is another equally likely punishment for that same behavior. Even if there is a god et/it may send everyone to hell or send everyone to heaven or send everyone to some other place or randomly choose who gets what afterlife. Pascal's Wager fails.

Me and my friend were playing wager matches in black ops yesterday on splitscreen and we decided to team up. It was so much fun playing with just us to. Ok. My turtle went threw the same thing idk if i did the procedures right but my turtle did heal. First I let my turtle dry out by keeping it out of the water for a good 15-25 minutes. Next i put the turtle on a cloth and took a needle. I then gently stuck the needle a little bit into it resulting in this liquid type stuff (lookes like that type of stuff human cuts if its really bad pus or whatever) coming out of the bumb. Gently squezze it until you think it is all out. Next put the antibiotics on top of where your stuck the needle in. Clean the tank fully with disinfectant and and any other stuff you usually clean your tank with. But before you clean your tank put the turtle in a sink or bowl with water to let it soak and get moist again. After your done with the tank. Put the turtle back in the water in the tank. Put the anitbiotics on every morning and every night for a week or 5 days. And in a matter of time it will be all better. Its not professional but my great grandfather taught me this and it works. Drying the turtle will reduce the pain.But it is really better to take it to the vet because of the risk of killing your turtle and head trauma. Since they are in medical business i think they can get discounts only costing them around $40-100

When people say it isn't possible they are referring to the old suicide idea of running a hose from the exhaust in to the car. Pascal's wager is a weak argument for the existence of God. It does deal with the practicality of religious belief. If you feel you must wager due to the lack of proof, it is as good as another method because the result would be too terrible if he did exist and you did not believe. However, you are NOT required to wager.

Don't worry so much about four years from now. Instead of worrying about reputations, I would rather concentrate on studying your butt off. Both schools are good and if you did well at either place, you should have no problem getting accepted into UCLA or any other decent medical school. Check out both campuses, talk to faculty and students and see which one you'd like to spend the next four years. Personally, I think Cal Poly Pomona is superior in architecture, engineering and the sciences and the lower price is very attractive. It's closer to the happenings in Los Angeles than UCR.

What has my Mosin Nagant M38 been fed?

Unfortunately this is the result of using corrosive ammo and not cleaning your gun meticulously! It won't necessarily have ruined the rifle, but it will reduce the accuracy a teense. I've had, and do have several rifles that have suffered this fate. I wanted them anyway, and am quite happy with them the way they are! I have an Enfield #4 MKI that I had a tough time even getting a 30 cal cleaning rod to go through the bore, when I bought it! It shoots fine and is pretty darn accurate! This rifle also had a depression eroded into the bolt face where it had corroded also. I had that built back up and rehead spaced, as I didn't quite trust it the way it was. I'm not sure what the brown flat flakes are. They where also in this rifle! I don't think I'll ever see them in this gun anymore, though! You have done basically what I did, clean the crap out of it, shoot it and clean it again. Now you can enjoy it! :)

My mom needed me to rent a motel room for her because she didn't have an id or license, and the lights got shut off at her house because she didn't pay the bill. I would go across town to do that, which was about everyday for a week. She asked me to lie to the front desk and tell them it was just me and my brothers and sisters, she has 4 kids, her boy friend, + herself. So to get to the point, the kids are loud, and wouldn't listen, people complained, and the front office complained, they were close to throwing them put (note that this was all happening around 1:00 in the morning.) Right after that my sister wanted me to go the front office and pay them 5$ to turn the wifi on, and I told her not right now, it wasn't a good time, so she being spoiled, makes her faces, and everytime she dose my mom automatically becomes defencesive, so I tell her "fine I'll go pay the thing" and she was like "no forget it" and I said I'm not trying to make a big deal out of this" so then she swipes the money out of my hand, and says all this crap, ((any how they have both been mad about that for days))) is that normal? i'm only 13 years old. now when i was 8 i watched a man overdose from heroin. then on the same day that mans best friend died from and over dose of heroin but in a different house, he died in my house. the one i witnessed died was in a motel. anyways ever since that night i have realized that i can see parts of the future in my dreams. some examples are:i had a dream that there was going to be a new kids at school. i already knew him. i tries to talk to him but my friends wouldn't let me. now the next week or so a kid that cam from earlier in the year came back and every time i tried to say hi my friends would interrupt me and i never go the chance to. i had a dream that there was this building. it was made of bricks in the back and a new kind of material in the front. i had a sense that it was a school. kids were working out in the front. then i was driving home from my track meet and saw the same building. now let me explain. i saw the same building in my dreams coming home from a track meet. the track team was for my school. now in my dreams the building was a school. people were working out. we just got done running a track meet. now i had that dream way before track start so i guess it meant that i was going to do some sort of sport from my school. now there is about 8 or 9 dreams i have had like that. then sometimes i have feelings. as in like some body is going to die or something really bad is going to happen. example: it was my moms patients birthday party and i had a feeling someone was going to die ( the same feeling i had when the two people overdosed). i though my moms patient was going to die but it turns out my boyfriends uncle died that same night. many other things have happen like that. people i need help. if i explain to you. you may not understand but after i think about my dreams something VERY similar happens. i tried to talk to my very close friend but i know she doesn't believe my. now i don't have anybody to talk to about it. there is so much more behind all thins that is to personal to put online. i can even believe in putting this, i'm in d esprit need of help. I'm a motel mgr. and one of my long term occupants was beaten up by her boyfriend. She called the cops. The police arrived when I was walking the lot making my rounds after closing. The first officer that arrived asked who I was. I told him "I'm the manager" he said "Go back to your office". I said, " I have to make my rounds first". He didn't reply with any kind of answer and i walked on. I stayed 48 feet from the so called scene. Which was inside the room with the door closed. The officers were knocking on the door trying to get the perp to open the door. They asked the victim for her key, she said I don't have it. One of the officers said, I will go to the office to see if the mgr. has a key, the officer who I spoke to originally said "the mgr. is down there"pointing in my direction. He then yelled down to me and asked if I had my keys on me. I said yes i do. He sent the other officer to get them. I showed him wich key it was and explained how to open the door. He brought the keys back to me. A minute later the first officer yelled down to me again, "do you have a deadbolt key on your keys by any chance?" I said yes I do, do you need it? He sent the other officer down again to get them from me. I showed him wich key it was and in the middle of explaining to the officer that he was going to have to unlock the other lock again because they automaticlly lock, mind you, the officer was standing next to me the whole time i'm showing him the keys, the other officer yells at me to get away from the crime scene. I didnt know who he was yelling at until I looked up and seen him looking at me, I said "What? he said, I'm not going to tell you again, or you will be under arrest for interference with official acts. I replied " I'm giving him the keys you requested" he then said "thats it, and walked over to me and put my hands behind my back and told me I was under arrest for interference with official acts. I said I didn't do anything, I was giving him the keys u asked for. He said "I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about the first time I told you to go to your office". "I don't need your keys, i was just being nice asking for them, I can kick the door in if I want"! He handcuffed me and sat me down closer to the scene. Afterwards, he took the handcuffs off of me and wrote me a citation. I have witnesses to the whole incident. I have taken written statements from any and all witnesses. I went to the preliminary hearing and plead not guilty, because I dont think I am. If he was going to arrest me then why didn't he do it when I told him I had to make my rounds, why didn't he say " thats it, your under arrest at that moment"? My other question is this,- On my ticket he wrote my address down as the victims address. He asked me what unit was the Mgr.'s unit, I told him #6, he wrote down on my ticket that I lived in unit #28-the victims unit. Can this citation/tickey be dismissed or thrown out? Because he wrote down the wrong unit that I live in?

Problem W/ local theater, some insight?

I'm going to apologize right now for the length of this one. Okay, so the story goes my brother wqas crazy shy, but he found this little tiny theater program that put on plays in this 10 by 10 foot theater, and my brother found his love for drama in it, along with his confidance. A few more people join the theater, along with some parents, it gets a little bigger and they move to aan old movie theater, where they keep on putting on productions, the parents run the concessions and the place starts making a hundred bucks or so on every show they put on, the community is good with it.It is a volenteer program, and some realy great kids join, like my bother to find their confidance, and do. Then a pair of really creepy adults Join. The theater was started by Chuck and megan, who are very nice, but have no creep-o-meter what so ever. Creepy guy # one takes over tech stuff, and brings with him a bunch of creepy 15 year old kids who do tech as well, it starts to change the feel of the theater a little, but not bad since they were behind the scenes, problem being if you were to volenteer to do tech now, you had to pass creepy guy's assesment of you, and you haad no choice but to work with his set of obnoxious creeples. Now creepy guy # 2 shows up. He is a rich old dude, and he starts taking over concessions, what were chips and candy are now candy bar and wine. A kid is charged twice as much for a candy bar as an adult girl is. His little set of sluts starts hanging out smoking in front of the theater, getting rid of the family feel of the theater completly. Creepy guy # 2 starts calling it his theater, and now almost all of the good kids that were in the program have now dropped out because of the 2 creepy guys. Now, creepy guy #1 drops away from the theater because Chuck and megan get mad at him, taking with him the house crew, all the lights that the theater owned, and rocky. This was the first move in the right direction for the theater. Now, here is where my brother offers to run the theater for the next year, do the bills and such for them, and I offer to take over tech for them. I know this seems like we were offering to replace creeepy guy one, but our intentions are simply to help the theater, and we are not aiming for a monoply over the theater like they are. When my bro and I told chuck and megan that we would like to step in, they said yes, certainly. And we told them, along w/ several members of the community, that creepy guy needed to go, along with his alcohol and smoking sluts, and they said that they didn't think it would be that big a deal if creepy guy # 2 stayed. Now, my brother graduates highschool, and having planned on working at the theater for a year, he has nothing to do, and is somewhat up a creek with out a paddle because he had always planned on doing this. The theater is falling apart and becoming an eyesore because chuck and megan won't work on it, an dall the while I have been watching from the sidelines, and now I'm wondering what I Should do. I feel like chuck and megan might listen to me, but not if I'm a lone voice. My brother has tried to tell them about their problems too, but we aren't enough. The guy about sure does know his stuff. A few of the maps are also cut on the wii version and you cant get into all the same places on the wii as you can in the ps3 version eg - on summit you cant jump into the cable car and there in no tower on crisis to go up. There also isn't as many places to camp (which you shouldn't be doing anyway) as the graphics aren't as good. I like the wii version tho, its still just as fun to play.

Honestly, what my experience was, is that if you are wanting to sell the rabbit's babies, you should breed in the same kind of rabbit and then the markings will be fine no matter what. My opinion is that the markings would be fine and fairly cute. Even sometimes you get a whole different color of rabbit from one of their parents' parents. The markings can sometimes be unpredictable, but I think you should just do what you want to do.

Collection agency trying to collection money that I do not own from Rental Apartment. Legal help needed.?

I lived in an apartment about 23 month in CA, just shy of 2 years. According to the property owner, they send a invoice for cleaning and ect... It was never actually delivered, but "return to sender". 3 month after I moved out, I received a collection agency letter. The collection agency said that I own them 390 buck with 13 in interest and .1 USD/day. I asked for the itemized inovice, they send all the individual invoice with that "return to sender" letter without address shown. According to the contract that all charges should be pro-rated to 36 months, but collection agency does not seem to understand it and refuse to adjust the charges and keep sending the same inovice for cleaning, carpet changing..... I am happy to pay them for the money that I actually own, but collection agency do not want to make any adjustment. Should I just file a lawsuit against them and stop this non sens? Please help.

Then a pair of really creepy adults Join. The theater was started by Chuck and megan, who are very nice, but have no creep-o-meter what so ever. Creepy guy # one takes over tech stuff, and brings with him a bunch of creepy 15 year old kids who do tech as well, it starts to change the feel of the theater a little, but not bad since they were behind the scenes, problem being if you were to volenteer to do tech now, you had to pass creepy guy's assesment of you, and you haad no choice but to work with his set of obnoxious creeples. Now creepy guy # 2 shows up. He is a rich old dude, and he starts taking over concessions, what were chips and candy are now candy bar and wine. A kid is charged twice as much for a candy bar as an adult girl is. His little set of sluts starts hanging out smoking in front of the theater, getting rid of the family feel of the theater completly. Creepy guy # 2 starts calling it his theater, and now almost all of the good kids that were in the program have now dropped out because of the 2 creepy guys. Now, creepy guy #1 drops away from the theater because Chuck and megan get mad at him, taking with him the house crew, all the lights that the theater owned, and rocky. This was the first move in the right direction for the theater. Now, here is where my brother offers to run the theater for the next year, do the bills and such for them, and I offer to take over tech for them. I know this seems like we were offering to replace creeepy guy one, but our intentions are simply to help the theater, and we are not aiming for a monoply over the theater like they are. When my bro and I told chuck and megan that we would like to step in, they said yes, certainly. And we told them, along w/ several members of the community, that creepy guy needed to go, along with his alcohol and smoking sluts, and they said that they didn't think it would be that big a deal if creepy guy # 2 stayed. Now, my brother graduates highschool, and having planned on working at the theater for a year, he has nothing to do, and is somewhat up a creek with out a paddle because he had always planned on doing this. The theater is falling apart and becoming an eyesore because chuck and megan won't work on it, an dall the while I have been watching from the sidelines, and now I'm wondering what I Should do. I feel like chuck and megan might listen to me, but not if I'm a lone voice. My brother has tried to tell them about their problems too, but we aren't enough. I Ride/care for and 11 year old warmblood cross. He spooks very easily and is very wirey around people and new objects such as jumps hoses and whips. My trainer and I have recently descovered some signs of past abuse. Such as random scars, odd markings on his hind legs, back, etc. He has weird moods that he gets into sometimes he gets really high and crazy and other times hes very quite and slow. He normally calms down when you give him treats and affection. Today when I arrived at teh barn he was calm but after he was tacked I walked away for about 2 minuets and when I can back he wouldnt let me come near him. If i walk towards him he oulled his head up and tried to back away from me. It took about 10 minuets before I could calm him down enough to bring him into the ring. Once I got on he calmed down a lot. It was the first time he has ever "freaked out" with me I knew when I first started workng with him that he got scared easily and my trainer and I were very suprised to see how quickly he started to trust me. I have been working with him for a little over a year and to this day he has never buck or bolted with me riding him. (he does this very often with other riders) We have created a strong bond over the last year and it was scary for me today to see how quickly he became scared of me. After I rode I spent about 2 hours with him. (i hosed him, grazed him and played with him) just to make sure he still trusted me and he was perfectly fine. My trainer asked me to go home and research some signs of abuse so we can find out what really happened to him in the past. If you know anything aobut abuse and the effect it can have on the horse in the future please respond. Everything helps .

Suggestions for a Good Gaming Desktop?

Alright so my situation is that my laptop is supposed to be impossible to change out graphics cards which I find very hard to believe. I'm looking for a good gaming desktop for maybe 600 to 700 bucks since my current laptop is simply terrible for gaming. I'd prefer a great desktop refurbished over an overall okay new gaming desktop. I've been told ASUS, Gateway, and Alienware are all good brands although Alienware is rather expensive. I want a desktop that has the capability of running GTA IV smoothly on normal settings. It is a little weird, but it's okay if you both like the game. Putting the key in the mail is a bad idea, though. If there is an emergency, being stuck handcuffed to each other could be a serious problem. You would need the key right away. Also, the mail can be slow sometimes. What if the key doesn't come back until Monday? I suggest putting it in a safe place, such as a kitchen drawer, in case you need to take the handcuffs off.

2 days ago I got my 5 year old out to rie well not "out". But just riding her in the pature with a halter like a do sometimes. Granted she hadn't been ridden ridden just kinda lightly worked in the last 3 weeks every other day or ever 3 or 4 days. I got her halter on and hopped on. Started walking around in the pasture every thing was going fine, asked her to go into a trot every thing was okay she was listening, then BOOM! I asked her to go into a trot for the second time and she went into a bucking frenzy, I lost it on the third or foruth buck as I was bareback, I got up after I yelled a few words I will not repeat. Checked her back for pain checked her legs nothing she was fine, anyway. I got her out of the pasture today just to work on her, everything was going okay I got her to trot with no problem and walk with no problem. I wanted to take it easy as she seemed stiff NOT limping but stiff. So she started to lope I knew something was wrong right away. She loped three or four steps went into a bucking frenzy again. I hit so hard on the ground tonight I couldn't breath and we thought I had internal bleeding and are still waiting to see if I have to go to the hospital. As my mom is a nurse blah blah blah. After she threw me I wanted to get right back on, I even told my neighbor that came runnning and my mother and father I wanted back on right away. So I found her brought her back up and was going to get back on. But instead lunged her on the round pen until she was sweating(I let her have breaks). She then joined up with me........Which is a first for both of us. Anyway she is not in pain her tack fits I have checked her back her legs under her belly every where. There is no sign of pain or discomfert. She has never EVER acted like this. In the whole time she was being broken she only through me once. That was my fault though as I thought she was ready and I rushed and she wasn't. So I paid the rightful price for that. But i mean she is like a whole new horse she seems mean and just doesn't want near me anymore(well until we joined up tonight). No she is not in heat I have been watching since she threw me the first time. Did *I* do something wrong!? Could I have caused her to do this or? I have always been light with my hands and seat never have been rough. I don't know what to think. If it gets any worse or she seems worse I am gonna call the vet out and the chiro if the vet can't find anything wrong, to give her a check over. But I have no idea why she has acted like this.......Help please?
