Is my chiropractor ripping me off?

He has me go in and see him every day or every other day. I feel like it makes no sense... When I go in he only spends about 20 or 30 minutes with me and I am paying big bucks each time I go in. Once I tried to reschedule and they didn't let me, they said I need to go in and then they had the doc call me. I am being treated for carpal tunnel syndrome & I have not seen too many results. The doctor is very controling and makes me make an appointment before I leave each time, its really hard to say no!!! :[
