What exactly does Atheism stand on besides faith in there being no God?

They cannot claim to have a science because there are scientist that believe in God. There is an argument that God is by definition outside of the natural world, therefore science the study of the natural world is inadequate to study God. They cannot claim to have logic because Pascals's Wager shows it is logically to believe in God. They cannot claim to have reason because philosophers from Decartes, to Locke, to Kant reasoned that there had to be a God. So what do they have, besides faith in their own ideas, or rather lack of ideas?
