How do I make myself look pretty? Plz read description?

I have a bet going on with my friend. It's to whoever can look the prettiest (my other friend being the judge) on the last day of school. I need an outfit (nothing too inappropriate), a hairstyle, and makeup. I need some help 'cause I don't wanna lose my 5 bucks!!!
