Blocking my cell phone name and address?

I deal w/ a lot of crazii ppl that need to be able to call and text me on my cell phone. Don't ask Y. Anyways I called my wireless company and they said they can make my account to where it won't give out info. BUT, if someone does the reverse look up on my number on a site and pay the 30 bucks to get info..will it show up then??
