Why can't I get any matches on Black Ops for Xbox 360?

It is only in the core section that I am unable to get any matches. If I go to barebones or to a wager match, I can play no problem. My NAT says it's open so I don't know what else to do.

There are no motels or hotels anywhere near there. I'm not sure about B&B's, but.... there are a couple motels out Prince of Wales, but, well south of there; past Hunt Club. There is also a place on Hunt Club, and of course, at Bank and Hunt Club, but, nothing near Hog's Back.
